Welcome to Meditate with Aumn!


This is a space where we will be discussing some different meditation methods, history of meditation, helping you to develop a meditation routine that works best for the unique being you are, and occasionally sharing some guided meditations for you to follow along too!


We are so excited to have you on this journey with us to reconnect with your body and learn your innate body language. It's time to welcome in the depths of all you are and discover your inner gold. 


As you begin this process, remember that meditation is a PRACTICE. Just like with anything, it can be challenging at first to tap into the flow of it. Especially these days, with all our minds constantly on the hunt for quick and easy stimulation and dopamine. Start your practice in baby steps. Starting every day for a week or two just doing 5 or so minutes, and then working your way up to 10 or 20 minutes. 


When starting your practice, it also helps if you learn to take other quiet moments throughout the day. For example, if you are eating dinner alone, try putting your phone or other stimulation away and fully be present with your food. 


It is the PRESENCE that is key in the development of your practice. This doesn't mean that there won't be other thoughts. Meditation is not about suppressing your thoughts but bringing consciousness and presence back into all you are and to. So you can break out of the habitual patterns you are stuck in and create intentional flow in your life, to make sure you are moving in your highest path, not a path you are only walking out of old habits. But may no longer be serving you.
